My Approach

Every therapist follows a specific approach in which they are trained after completing their academic studies in psychology. My own approach is both integrative and creative.

Its theoretical foundation is Systemic Therapy, enriched with three key elements: attachment theory, the principles of narrative psychology, and contemporary research findings in the field of neuroscience. This approach is called Systems Attachment Narrative Encephalon (S.A.N.E.).

In therapy, I also incorporate more creative elements where appropriate, such as photographs, music, dramatherapy or various miniatures, as well as tools from CBT and Solution-Focused Coaching, in which I have been trained and certified.
