Christina Galani

Christina Galani is a Psychologist, Coach, and Trainer. She studied Psychology at Panteion University and completed her MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Nottingham, UK. She is a certified Parent Educator by Gordon International (P.E.T. 2018) and an ICF-certified Coach (Solution Focused Coaching, Solution Surfers).
She has 12 years of experience in multinational companies as an HR Director and Customer Service Team Leader, empowering and guiding people to discover and use their inner strengths.
As a psychotherapist and coach, she works with individuals, couples, and groups.
Her therapeutic approach, SANE – System Attachment Narrative Encephalon®, integrates Systemic Theory, Attachment Theory, Narrative Psychology, and modern findings in Neuroscience.
As a trainer, executive coach, and keynote speaker, Christina has collaborated with numerous organizations and has over 1,800 hours of group facilitation and training.
Her programs focus on leadership development, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, effective communication, conflict management, resilience, and wellbeing.
Her views on leadership, communication, wellbeing, and psychological safety have been published in various media, and she is frequently invited to speak at universities and international conferences.
