An innovative SEL program already implemented in private schools we have collaborated with.
\nThe aim of the program is to strengthen children\u2019s emotional awareness and regulation through activities they naturally connect with\u2014drama play, photography, drawing, miniature play, and group brainstorming.
\nIt also integrates tools from Thomas Gordon\u2019s P.E.T. training and Mindfulness techniques.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The Parent Effectiveness Training<\/strong> (PET) workshop is highly experiential, combining theory with practice through role-plays.
\nIt promotes self-awareness by helping parents understand their feelings, values, and beliefs.<\/p>\n

Created by Thomas Gordon, this model is based on Carl Rogers\u2019 core principles: empathy, acceptance, and authenticity.<\/p>\n

Parents learn communication skills, improve their relationship with their children, and practice effective confrontation, active listening, and problem-solving.<\/p>\n

Workshops are available in groups onsite and online one-to-one.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>
